Tile Effects Stone Restoration owners Paul and Betty Medema know their stone restoration business-Paul originally began nearly 30 years doing custom installation of natural stone and ceramic tile throughout Indiana, Illinois and Michigan.

Paul and Betty are both graduates of Purdue University Calumet's Center for Entrepreneurial Success program where they polished their business skills and articulated their best practices ideas.
