RESTORATION PROCESS:

Grinding/Leveling (blending high areas): achieves a uniform surface and appearance

Honing: removes minor to severe scratches caused by regular or heavy traffic; strips off waxes and/or sealers that have adhered to the surface

Polishing: gives natural stone lustre and sheen while enhancing the natural characteristics in marbles and other natural stones and helps protect stone from constant traffic and spills; stone may be buffed to a high lustre or sheen

Cleaning: removes dirt, stains and bacteria as well as waxes and other substances that have become embedded

Sealing: protects the newly restored/cleaned surface from stains and dirt penetration; it doesn't alter the finished appearance of the stone

Color Enhancing: uses penetrating sealers/impregnators formulated to enhance or enrich the stone's color

Grout cleaning and sealing: uses a high tech system to clean your grout for "like-new" appearance before sealing for easier maintenance
